Het zuiden van Mongolië tijdens de lente, in de Gobiwoestijn. We volgen een nomadenstam en hun leven met de voor hen belangrijke kamelen. Een van de kamelen heeft een moeilijke bevalling en wijst haar pasgeboren kalfje af.
